How to Sign Up for Parent Tools
Before you can access Parent Tools, you’ll need to submit a Parent Support Request.
Through the Parent Support Request, you can:
- 
Sign up for Parent Tools access for the first time. 
- 
Update your child’s information in Skyward (address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc.). 
- 
Request changes to your contact information used for school communication. 
Other Support Options
In addition to Parent Tools sign-up and information updates, the Parent Support Request can also be used for:
- 
Getting help with the Monroe County Schools app. 
- 
Requesting access to Qustodio to monitor your child’s internet usage. 
- 
Adding or removing a phone number for school all-calls. 
- 
Updating your child’s bus information. 
What is a "Parent Tool"?
- access to their student's grades and classes
- an app that allows you to communicate and stay in touch with your student's school
- a website that provides crucial context on the digital content your student may be consuming, such as social media platforms, internet trends, and games
- an app that allows parents to see exactly what their student is doing on their Chromebook - and even gives parents the ability to control their student's Chromebook after school hours
