Monroe County Schools provides online tools for parents to stay connected and manage important information about their child’s education.

 

Before you can access Parent Tools, you’ll need to submit a Parent Support Request.

 

You can use the Parent Support Request to request updates to your child’s information in Skyward (address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc.), you can request changes to your contact information used for school communication, and you can request technology help for a variety of apps and programs!

 

In addition to Parent Tools sign-up and information updates, the Parent Support Request can also be used for:

 

  • Getting help with the Monroe County Schools app.

  • Requesting access to Qustodio to monitor your child’s internet usage.

  • Adding or removing a phone number for school all-calls.

  • Updating your child’s bus information.
