Voluntary Pre-K Students are selected by an income-based criteria that is set by the State of Tennessee. Meeting income eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the VPK Program due to limited space and the possibility of more students applying than seats available.
Monroe County Schools may offer a Blended Preschool Class that is located at Madisonville Primary School. Within this class there will be a limited number of slots for non-disabled 4 year old peers. This program is not income-based. We will be accepting on-line applications for this program at a later date. (no paper copies will be accepted) Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Blended Preschool Classroom.
