The Art of Education:  This website has free magazine articles, videos, and lesson plans to support Art education.  A small number of music education resources can also be found here.  
Google Arts & Culture:  Google has collected more than 40,000 high-resolution images of artwork representing a number of media. Some artwork is formatted to allow you to zoom in at brushstroke level to examine the detail.  There are also virtual cultural and art tours as well as articles to learn more about techniques and artists. 
ArtsEdge:  The Kennedy Center's free site provides lessons, activities, projects, how-to's and guides to enhance art and music education.
Incredible @rt Department Lessons:  This free site has art lessons for K-12 as well as drama, cartoons, and lesson links.
National Gallery of Art - Lessons and Activities: NGA has free art resources and lessons that integrate subjects for PreK- College.
MoMA Learning: MoMA has teaching resources that can be browsed by theme or artist.
