Updating Parent Information

 

Through the Parent Support Request, you can:

  • Sign up for Parent Tools access for the first time.

  • Update your child’s information in Skyward (address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc.).

  • Request changes to your contact information used for school communication.

 

This request goes directly to the correct school office staff to be reviewed and processed. Once approved, you’ll receive the details you need to log in to Parent Tools.

 

Other Support Options

In addition to Parent Tools sign-up and information updates, the Parent Support Request can also be used for:

 

  • Getting help with the Monroe County Schools app.

  • Requesting access to Qustodio to monitor your child’s internet usage.

  • Adding or removing a phone number for school all-calls.

  • Updating your child’s bus information.
