I started working for Monroe County Schools in 2006, 11 years teaching middle‑school math and 8 years serving as a principal. I’ve now stepped into a district‑level coaching role to help every teacher—and every student—see the power and beauty of mathematics. More collaboration, more problem‑solving, and a whole lot of positive energy.
