April 7th-17th Athletes Return Completed Clinic Packets ASAP to get scheduled
April 20th LAST DAY TO RETURN COMPLETED CLINIC PLACKETS

April 22-24th SQHS Physicals, Clinic will be closed except for physicals and prescribed medication, if sick you can use a parent note or see PCP.
