Meet our School Health Administrative Team

 

 

 

 

Meet Jackie Gray, the Administrator of Coordinated School Health Services.  She has been an integral part of our team since July of 2000, when she was hired as the first nurse to help establish our School-Based Clinics.  With over 28 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including Medical Surgical care and Home Health, Mrs. Gray received her nursing degree from Lincoln Memorial University.  Prior to joining our team, she served as the Director of Nursing at Sweetwater Hospital Home Health.  In her current role, Mrs. Gray oversees all services provided by the School Health Department, as well as, programs, personnel and budget.  

 

 

 

 

Meet Lisa Teague, the School Health Administrative Assistant.  She has an Associate's Degree in Science from South College and a Medical Assistant Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants.  With over ten years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and Clinical Administrative Assistant at Chota Community Health Services, Lisa joined Coordinated School Health in 2022.  Her passion of caring for others led her to healthcare, where she believes that compassion is the key and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.  Everyday, she strives to be a light in someone's life and fulfill her mission.
