Protect yourself, your children, and your loved ones.
Would you like for your child to receive the Influenza vaccine or Flumist while they are at school? Each school clinic will offer the Influenza vaccine and Influenza mist this Flu season. Please reach out to your child’s school nurse to see what day they will be providing the vaccination so the consent can be completed. The forms will be available in the clinic for your student to pick up and bring home for completion. Please return the completed forms to your child's school nurse.
