SHDMonroe County School Health Services takes a leadership role to ensure that students achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being by promoting healthy lifestyles and preventative healthcare. We serve as advocates for the healthcare needs of students and staff, addressing their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs. Our department is committed to providing comprehensive and effective health services that meet the diverse and changing needs of students, staff and community. IT’s TIME TO TAKE ACTION AND FIGHT THE FLU

Protect yourself, your children, and your loved ones. 

 

Would you like for your child to receive the Influenza vaccine or Flumist while they are at school?  Each school clinic will offer the Influenza vaccine and Influenza mist this Flu seasonPlease reach out to your child’s school nurse to see what day they will be providing the vaccination so the consent can be completed.  The forms will be available in the clinic for your student to pick up and bring home for completion.  Please return the completed forms to your child's school nurse.
