Bus Information Survey

We are asking parents to complete this form to gather information about children riding buses for Monroe County Schools.  Please complete this form as accurately as possible to help us be able to keep track of and organize all the children riding buses.  Completing this form does not guarantee that your child will be on a bus as we do have shortages of buses and areas that are not able to be covered at this time.  Please know we will make efforts to transport all children that we are able to.
