Technology Issues and Requests:
 
 
Incident IQ is our ticketing and asset management system for the technology in our schools. Click on the picture to the right or click on the link above to get to our IIQ page. From there you can put in a ticket for technology and we will get to you as soon as we can. Keep an eye on your email for comments and updates on the tickets. Please give us as much detail as possible in your ticket so we can help as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Linewize is our content filter for Monroe County Schools. Linewize ensures that students can browse the internet safely, while still allowing teachers to get to the resources they need.
 
For teachers and administration looking to use their district-provided staff account to log into the network and access sites and resources, please use the above link while logged into Chrome with your staff account.

  • Classwize gives classroom control back to teachers by providing them with screen visibility and control of all Chromebooks in class. Classwize allows teachers to -

    • View real-time internet, app and video usage
    • View students' screens
    • Focus students on specific lesson resources
    • Focus the class, restricting access to specific sites or apps
    • Initiate temporary overrides
    • Reward students by allowing limited time access to sites normally blocked
