The Coordinated School Health Clinic will be offering the required immunizations Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, and Acellular Pertussis) and Varicella (Chickenpox) to the 6th graders at school. This new requirement for students entering the 7th grade has been mandated by the State of Tennessee since the 2010 school year. Information letters must be returned to the school nurse so the vaccine may be ordered for your child if you are interested in using these services, or you may get your immunizations at the local health department or at your medical providers office. If you have not received this information sheet and are interested, please call your school nurse

*Make sure that homework gets done
*Meet your child's friends and watch them as carefully as you do your own children

Go to Renaissance Learning, type in your child's username and password; go to "View Reports"; click on "Student Record Report"; select the grading period that you want to view.
