Pre-K Enrollment Requirements for 2013-2014 school year:
- Child must be 4 years old on or before August 31, 2013 (parent must present a certified birth certificate or other valid proof of birth)
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Proof of Income (a copy of your tax return, pay stub, etc.)
- School Physical and Immunization Record (in accordance with state guidelines for a 4 year old child)
2013-2014 School Year Pre-Kindergarten Applications will be received on the following dates:
Madisonville Primary School – Monday, March 18th (last name A-M) 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Madisonville Primary School – Tuesday, March 19th (last name N-Z) 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Vonore Elementary School – Wednesday, March 20th from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Tellico Plains Elementary School – Thursday, March 21st from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
**Submitting the Pre-K Application does not guarantee your child will be accepted in the Pre-K Program**
