Pre-K Enrollment Requirements:

  • Child must be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2012 (parent must present a certified birth certificate or other valid proof of birth)
  • Child’s Social Security Card
  • Proof of Income (a copy of your tax return, pay stub, etc.)
  • School Physical and Immunization Record (in accordance with state guidelines for a 4 year old child)

2012-2013 School Year Pre-Kindergarten Applications will be received on the following dates:

Madisonville Primary School – Wednesday, March 7th  (last name A-M) 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Madisonville Primary School – Thursday, March 8th  (last name N-Z) 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Vonore Elementary School – Monday, March 5  from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Tellico Plains Elementary School – Tuesday, March 6th from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

**Filling out the Pre-K Application does not guarantee your child will be accepted in the Pre-K Program**
