The Tech Department has confirmed that an unknown PC is infected with the Conficker virus, which is trying to spread across our network. Your antivirus program may alert you that it has blocked a virus; this does not mean you are infected.
Step 1) Instantly scan for Conficker:

Step 2) Get Microsoft’s patch for Conficker:
Windows XP, Server 2003, Server 2003 x64
Step 3) Run Symantec’s Conficker Removal Tool: Then reboot.
